The Auvergne Regional Council

The Auvergne Regional Council and the Ministry of Culture (via the French Film Centre) signed a global convention towards the development of cinema, including a Creation Incentive Fund.

Project of shorts films, documentaries and first or second feature films are eligible.

A technical committee (constituted of industry professionals) meets twice a year to estimate their artistic value and financial feasibility and select some projects.

The final decision to support projects is voted by the Auvergne Regional Council.
